Hennessey Eagles (Hennessey, OK) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Watonga Eagles (Watonga, OK), 79-30 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hennessey upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Oklahoma Bible (Enid, OK) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Friday, January 12. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 3-8. Oklahoma Bible lost 64-33 in their recent non-league bout against Drummond (Drummond, OK)

Next up, the Eagles play the Perry Maroons (Perry, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 12. Watonga will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Maroons come into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 57-41 non-league loss to Chisholm (Enid, OK).
