The South Cameron Tarpons basketball team (Creole, LA), was overwhelmed 64-41 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Johnson Bayou Rebels (Cameron, LA)
The Rebels now possess a 3-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Singer for a C District 4 battle on Thursday, January 11. Johnson Bayou will confront a Hornets team coming off a 85-55 league win over Starks (Starks, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 14-10.
The Tarpons (2-15) will now prepare for their battle against Opelousas Catholic (Opelousas, LA). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 8-10 record. In their last battle, Opelousas Catholic trounced Basile (Basile, LA), 80-32, in a non-league battle.
