Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the North Webster Knights (Springhill, LA) and the host Lakeside Warriors (Sibley, LA), saw North Webster's basketball squad overcome Lakeside by a tally of 54-44.

With the victory, North Webster improves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Knights host Richwood (Monroe, LA) to confront the Rams in a 3A District 1 challenge on Friday, January 12. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 13-8. Richwood lost 60-59 in their recent league challenge against Wossman (Monroe, LA)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Castor Tigers (Castor, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Lakeside will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 8-11 record after their 72-66 non-league win over Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA).
