Texas High School Basketball - Rogers knocked off by McGregor

The McGregor Bulldogs basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Rogers Eagles to 44 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host C.H. Yoe for a 3A Region III District 19 contest on Friday, January 12. McGregor will meet a Yoemen team coming off a 71-58 league win over Lexington (Lexington, TX). The Yoemen record now stands at 12-10.
The Eagles (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Rockdale (Rockdale, TX). The Tigers enter the 3A Region III District 19 contest with a 4-18 record. In their last contest, Rockdale was defeated by Troy (Troy, TX), 59-36, in a league contest.
