The Panthers now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walnut for a non-league battle on Friday, January 12. Pine Grove will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 74-70 non-league loss to Belmont (Belmont, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-9.

The Hawks (2-18) will now prepare for their battle against East Union (Blue Springs, MS). The Urchins come into the non-league battle with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, East Union was routed by North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS), 49-36, in a non-league battle.
