Naselle Comets (Naselle, WA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Three Rivers Christian Eagles (Longview, WA), 63-25 in a league bout.

With the victory, Naselle upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Washington School for the Deaf (Vancouver, WA) to play the Terriers in a 1B Columbia Valley bout on Thursday, January 11. The Terriers come into the bout with a record of 5-7. Washington School for the Deaf lost 57-40 in their recent league bout against Firm Foundation Christian (Battle Ground, WA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Mossyrock Vikings (Mossyrock, WA) in a 1B Columbia Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Three Rivers Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 77-27 league win over Firm Foundation Christian (Battle Ground, WA).
