Mississippi High School Basketball - Sebastopol can't hold off Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Tornadoes basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Sebastopol Bobcats to 52 in the Tornadoes league victory on Tuesday.

The Tornadoes now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eupora for a 2A Region 4 contest on Friday, January 12. Philadelphia will battle a Eagles team coming off a 48-46 league win over Union (Union, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 10-9.

The Bobcats (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Union (Union, MS). The Yellowjackets come into the 2A Region 4 contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Union edged Enterprise (Enterprise, MS), 50-44, in a non-league contest.
