Alabama High School Basketball - Woodland overwhelmed by Pleasant Valley

The Pleasant Valley Raiders basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Woodland Bobcats to 24 in the Raiders league victory on Tuesday.
The Raiders now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ranburne for a 2A Area 9 contest on Friday, January 12. Pleasant Valley will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 53-50 league win over Woodland (Woodland, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-11.
The Bobcats (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Randolph County (Wedowee, AL). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 4-9 record.
