Regis Rams (Stayton, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Willamina Bulldogs (Willamina, OR), 71-67 in a league bout.

With the win, Regis upgrades its record to 12-0 on the season. The Rams host Santiam (Mill City, OR) to play the Wolverines in a 2A Tri-River bout on Thursday, January 11. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Santiam lost 63-54 in their recent league bout against Western Christian (Salem, OR)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR) in a 2A Tri-River bout, on Thursday, January 11. Willamina will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 62-38 league loss to Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR).
