Mississippi High School Basketball - St. Patrick trounces West Marion

The St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS) basketball crushed the visiting West Marion Trojans (Foxworth, MS), 77-41 in Tuesday's league test.
The Fighting Irish (12-7) will now prepare for their test against Perry Central (New Augusta, MS). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region 8 test with a 10-5 record.
The Trojans now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to St. Stanislaus for a 3A Region 8 test on Friday, January 12. West Marion will encounter a Rock-a-Chaws squad coming off a 35-27 non-league loss to West Harrison (Gulfport, MS). The Rock-a-Chaws record now stands at 10-7.
