The Franklin Patriots basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Wayne Memorial Zebras to 46 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Patriots now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Churchill for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 11. Franklin will battle a Chargers team coming off a 58-28 non-league loss to Glenn (Westland, MI). The Chargers record now stands at 0-5.
The Zebras (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Glenn (Westland, MI). The Rockets enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Glenn triumphed over Churchill (Livonia, MI), 58-28, in a non-league contest.
