In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Hot Springs Tigers basketball team scored a good 41-29 triumph over the Tularosa Wildcats.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Thoreau Hawks (Thoreau, NM) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 12. Hot Springs will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
The Wildcats now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Ruidoso for a non-league test on Thursday, January 11.
