With the victory, Falkner improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Pine Grove (Ripley, MS) to play the Panthers in a 1A Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 8-8.

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Myrtle Hawks (Myrtle, MS) in a 1A Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Ashland will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record.
