The McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Baldwin County Tigers to 18 in the Yellowjackets league victory on Tuesday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spanish Fort for a 6A Area 2 contest on Friday, January 12. McGill-Toolen will battle a Toros team coming off a 50-46 league loss to Robertsdale (Robertsdale, AL). The Toros record now stands at 4-16.
The Tigers (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Robertsdale (Robertsdale, AL). The Golden Bears come into the 6A Area 2 contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Robertsdale triumphed over Spanish Fort (Spanish Fort, AL), 50-46, in a league contest.
