The Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] Wildcats basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Griggs County Central/Midkota Cougars to 36 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hatton/Northwood for a B District 4 contest on Thursday, January 11. Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] will battle a Thunder team coming off a 55-46 league win over Larimore (Larimore, ND). The Thunder record now stands at 6-3.
The Cougars (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Larimore (Larimore, ND). The Polar Bears enter the B District 4 contest with a 2-7 record.
