The Mustangs now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Anchorage for a 4A Cook Inlet battle on Friday, January 12. Chugiak will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 42-31 league loss to Bartlett (Anchorage, AK). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-2.

The Thunderbirds (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Service (Anchorage, AK). The Cougars come into the 4A Cook Inlet battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Service dropped by Dimond (Anchorage, AK), 51-46, in a league battle.
