In Tuesday's league outing, the Bronte Longhorns (Bronte, TX) basketball squad edged the host Blackwell Hornets (Blackwell, TX), by a margin of 37-34.
The Longhorns (12-9) will now prepare for their outing against Robert Lee (Robert Lee, TX). The Steers go into the 1A Region II District 11 outing with a 19-6 record. In their last outing, Robert Lee was tipped by Irion County (Mertzon, TX), 40-38, in a league outing.
