The Brooke Bruins basketball team (Wellsburg, WV), dropped 56-43 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Edison Wildcats (Richmond, OH)
The Wildcats now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madonna for a Mason-Dixon battle on Thursday, January 11. Edison will battle a Blue Dons team coming off a 54-12 non-league loss to Toronto (Toronto, OH). The Blue Dons record now stands at 4-6.
The Bruins (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Oak Glen (New Cumberland, WV). The Golden Bears come into the non-league battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Oak Glen prevailed over Catholic Central (Steubenville, OH), 74-45, in a league battle.
