Arkansas High School Basketball - Cross County trounced by Buffalo Island Central

In Tuesday's league match, the host Buffalo Island Central Mustangs basketball squad scored a big 74-31 win over the Cross County Thunderbirds.
The Mustangs (9-10) will now prepare for their test against Bay (Bay, AR). The Yellowjackets go into the 2A Region 3 test with a 7-14 record. In their last test, Bay was trounced by Tuckerman (Tuckerman, AR), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Thunderbirds now own a 5-13 record. They play next when they travel to East Poinsett County for a 2A Region 3 test on Thursday, January 11. Cross County will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 63-59 league win over Marmaduke (Marmaduke, AR). The Warriors record now stands at 8-8.
