With the victory, Powers improves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Cruisers travel to New Hope Christian (Grants Pass, OR) to confront the Warriors in a 1A Skyline challenge on Friday, January 12. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 14-0.

Next up, the Hornets confront the Yoncalla Eagles (Yoncalla, OR) in a 1A Skyline challenge, on Friday, January 12. Camas Valley will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-13 record after their 41-8 league loss to North Douglas (Drain, OR).
