The Selma Bears (Selma, CA) basketball crushed the host Central Valley Christian Cavaliers (Visalia, CA), 61-39 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bears (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Exeter (Exeter, CA). The Monarchs go into the Tri-County - Sequoia test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, Exeter walloped Hanford West (Hanford, CA), 37-34, in a non-league test.

The Cavaliers now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Reedley for a Tri-County - Sequoia test on Thursday, January 11. Central Valley Christian will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 68-41 league win over Washington Union (Fresno, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 11-8.
