Coahulla Creek Colts (Dalton, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Ridgeland Panthers (Rossville, GA), 52-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Coahulla Creek upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Colts host Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA) to play the Warriors in a AAA Region 6 bout on Friday, January 12. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe won 66-57 in their recent league bout against Adairsville (Adairsville, GA)

Next up, the Panthers play the LaFayette Ramblers (LaFayette, GA) in a AAA Region 6 bout, on Friday, January 12. Ridgeland will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Ramblers go into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 69-52 league loss to Ringgold (Ringgold, GA).
