The Comfort Bobcats/Deer (Comfort, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Llano Yellowjackets (Llano, TX), 33-29 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bobcats/Deer (2-12) will now prepare for their test against Blanco (Blanco, TX). The Panthers go into the 3A Region I District 5 test with a 11-14 record. In their last test, Blanco got by Florence (Florence, TX), 41-19, in a league test.

The Yellowjackets now own a 6-15 record. They play next when they travel to Brady for a 3A Region I District 5 test on Friday, January 12. Llano will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 42-33 league win over Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-16.
