With the win, Cornersville advances its record to 8-7 on the season. The Bulldogs host Hampshire (Hampshire, TN) to encounter the Hawks in a 1A District 10 test on Friday, January 12. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 0-4.

The Wildcats now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Richland for a 1A District 10 test on Friday, January 12. Santa Fe will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 60-29 non-league loss to Wayne County (Waynesboro, TN). The Raiders record now stands at 12-5.
