Dacula Falcons (Dacula, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mountain View Bears (Lawrenceville, GA), 78-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Dacula upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Falcons host Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA) to play the Hawks in a AAAAAAA Region 8 bout on Friday, January 12. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Mill Creek lost 63-41 in their recent league bout against Buford (Buford, GA)

Next up, the Bears play the Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 8 bout, on Friday, January 12. Mountain View will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 47-35 league loss to Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA).
