Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Gervais Cougars (Gervais, OR) and the visiting Delphian Dragons (Sheridan, OR), saw Gervais's basketball squad wallop Delphian by a tally of 53-18.

With the victory, Gervais improves its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Chemawa Indian (Salem, OR) to play the Braves in a 2A Tri-River challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.

Next up, the Dragons play the Culver Bulldogs (Culver, OR) in a 2A Tri-River challenge, on Friday, January 12. Delphian will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record.
