Discovery Titans (Lawrenceville, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Meadowcreek Mustangs (Norcross, GA), 46-28 in a league bout.

With the win, Discovery upgrades its record to 5-12 on the season. The Titans host Duluth (Duluth, GA) to clash with the Wildcats in a AAAAAAA Region 7 bout on Friday, January 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-11. Duluth won 54-45 in their recent league bout against Berkmar (Lilburn, GA)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Peachtree Ridge Lions (Suwanee, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 7 bout, on Friday, January 12. Meadowcreek will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 61-13 league loss to Norcross (Norcross, GA).
