The Lakeville Falcons basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Durand Railroaders to 40 in the Falcons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Falcons now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hill-McCloy for a Mid-Michigan contest on Friday, January 12. Lakeville will battle a Rams team coming off a 48-38 league win over Chesaning (Chesaning, MI). The Rams record now stands at 5-3.

The Railroaders (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Genesee (Genesee, MI). The Wolves enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Genesee nudged Carrollton (Carrollton, MI), 61-47, in a non-league contest.
