The Grand Saline Indians basketball team (Grand Saline, TX), dropped 47-28 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Edgewood Bulldogs (Edgewood, TX)

The Bulldogs now possess a 19-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rains for a 3A Region II District 12 battle on Friday, January 12. Edgewood will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 56-34 league win over Commerce (Commerce, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 24-2.

The Indians (16-7) will now prepare for their battle against Prairiland (Pattonville, TX). The Patriots come into the 3A Region II District 12 battle with a 12-12 record. In their last battle, Prairiland dropped by Chisum (Paris, TX), 53-31, in a league battle.
