Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) and the host Larkin Royals (Elgin, IL), saw Glenbard South's basketball squad knock off Larkin by a count of 47-34.

With the victory, Glenbard South upgrades its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Raiders host Kaneland (Maple Park, IL) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 14-7. Kaneland lost 46-45 in their recent league challenge against Sycamore (Sycamore, IL)

Next up, the Royals play the Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL) in a Upstate Eight challenge, on Friday, January 12. Larkin will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Maroons come into the challenge with a 7-13 record after their 65-24 league loss to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL).
