With the win, Golden Valley upgrades its record to 6-13 on the season. The Bulldogs host Arvin (Arvin, CA) to play the Bears in a South Yosemite - Horizon bout on Thursday, January 11. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 9-9. Arvin lost 43-24 in their recent non-league bout against Lompoc (Lompoc, CA)

Next up, the Lions play the North Stars (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Mira Monte will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Stars go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 63-23 league loss to West (Bakersfield, CA).
