With the win, Western upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Marshall (Marshall, MI) to play the Redhawks in a Interstate 8 bout on Friday, January 12. The Redhawks go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Marshall won 33-29 in their recent league bout against Lumen Christi Catholic (Jackson, MI)

Next up, the Saxons play the Northwest Mounties (Jackson, MI) in a Interstate 8 bout, on Friday, January 12. Hastings will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Mounties go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 43-35 league win over Coldwater (Coldwater, MI).
