Oklahoma High School Basketball - Hilldale ripped by Locust Grove

The Locust Grove Pirates basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Hilldale Hornets to 41 in the Pirates league triumph on Tuesday.
The Pirates now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wagoner for a Verdigris Valley contest on Friday, January 12. Locust Grove will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 42-33 non-league win over Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-3.
The Hornets (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Catoosa (Catoosa, OK). The Indians enter the Verdigris Valley contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Catoosa was routed by Fort Gibson (Fort Gibson, OK), 63-16, in a league contest.
