In Tuesday's league outing, the Osborne Cardinals (Marietta, GA) basketball squad beat the visiting Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs (Kennesaw, GA), by a count of 46-32.
The Cardinals (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Wheeler (Marietta, GA). The Wildcats come into the AAAAAAA Region 5 challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Wheeler was dropped by North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA), 53-36, in a league challenge.
Next up, the Mustangs play the Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 5 challenge, on Friday, January 12. Kennesaw Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 74-53 league loss to Cherokee (Canton, GA).
