The Loretto Mustangs (Loretto, TN) basketball nipped the visiting Moore County Raiders (Lynchburg, TN), 54-50 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (16-1) will now prepare for their test against Summertown (Summertown, TN). The Eagles go into the 2A District 10 test with a 16-4 record. In their last test, Summertown was tipped by Wayne County (Waynesboro, TN), 47-36, in a non-league test.
The Raiders now own a 14-5 record. They play next when they host Fayetteville for a 1A District 9 test on Friday, January 12.
