The Madison County Tigers topped the host St. John Paul II Falcons basketball team by a final score of 43-32 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Tigers face the North Jackson Chiefs (Stevenson, AL) in a 4A Area 14 game, on Friday, January 12. Madison County will attempt to move on its 10-6 season record. The Chiefs enter the game with a 7-8 record after their 63-57 league win over Kate Duncan Smith DAR (Grant, AL).

With the defeat, St. John Paul II moves to 6-13 on the year. The Falcons travel to West Limestone (Lester, AL) to face the Wildcats in a 4A Area 15 game on Friday, January 12. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 9-12. West Limestone won 55-50 in their recent league game against Westminster Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL)
