The Valley View Blazers basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Paragould Rams to 41 in the Blazers league victory on Tuesday.
The Blazers now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greene County Tech for a 5A East contest on Friday, January 12. Valley View will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 57-36 league win over Batesville (Batesville, AR). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 14-5.
The Rams (1-15) will now prepare for their contest against Batesville (Batesville, AR). The Pioneers come into the 5A East contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Batesville was routed by Greene County Tech (Paragould, AR), 57-36, in a league contest.
