California High School Basketball - Rancho Cotate trounces Piner

The Rancho Cotate Cougars (Rohnert Park, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Piner Prospectors (Santa Rosa, CA), 78-31 in Tuesday's league test.

The Cougars (9-8) will now prepare for their test against Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, CA). The Panthers go into the North Bay - Redwood test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, Santa Rosa was trounced by Healdsburg (Healdsburg, CA), 71-40, in a league test.

The Prospectors now own a 7-11 record. They play next when they travel to Healdsburg for a North Bay - Redwood outing on Monday, January 15.
