Virginia High School Basketball - Southampton Academy nudges Tidewater Academy

In Tuesday's league outing, the Southampton Academy Raiders (Courtland, VA) basketball squad edged the host Tidewater Academy Warriors (Wakefield, VA), by a count of 31-25.

The Raiders (4-4) will now prepare for their outing against Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot (Powhatan, VA). The Knights go into the VISAA Division IV outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot held off Fuqua (Farmville, VA), 48-30, in a league outing.
