Torrey Pines Falcons (San Diego, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Carlsbad Lancers (Carlsbad, CA), 40-22 in a league bout.

With the win, Torrey Pines upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Falcons host San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA) to play the Mustangs in a bout on Friday, January 12. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Lancers play the Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Carlsbad will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
