In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Forsyth Central Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 72-61 win over the Alpharetta Raiders.

The Bulldogs (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lambert (Suwanee, GA). The Longhorns come into the AAAAAA Region 6 contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Lambert defeated South Forsyth (Cumming, GA), 76-52, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Denmark (Alpharetta, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 6 test, on Tuesday, January 14. Alpharetta will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record.
