The South Seneca Falcons (Ovid, NY) basketball toppled the host Bloomfield Bombers (Bloomfield, NY), 56-36 in Thursday's league bout.
The Falcons now possess a 10-0 record. They play next when they host Red Jacket for a Section 5 Finger Lakes - West bout on Wednesday, January 15. South Seneca will play a Red Jacket team coming off a 72-34 league loss to Honeoye (Honeoye, NY). The Red Jacket record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Bloomfield falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Bombers host East Rochester (East Rochester, NY) to play the Bombers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 11. The Bombers go into the bout with a record of 7-1. East Rochester lost 55-48 in their recent non-league bout against Lyons (Lyons, NY)
