The Pinson Valley Indians basketball team scored 1 points and limited the host Center Point Eagles to 0 in the Indians non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Indians now have a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Clay-Chalkville for a 6A Area 12 game on Friday, January 17. Pinson Valley will confront a Cougars team coming off a 68-30 non-league win over Etowah (Attalla, AL). The Cougars record now stands at 17-7.
With the loss, Center Point falls to 0-14 on the campaign. The Eagles host Bessemer City (Bessemer, AL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Monday, January 13. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 3-16.
