In their next game, the Champions encounter the Maryvale Panthers (Phoenix, AZ) in a 6A Metro challenge, on Friday, January 10. Cesar Chavez will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 67-49 non-league loss to Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ).
