The Falcons now possess a 13-3 record. They play next when they host Heritage for a GIAA AA Region 1 bout on Friday, January 10. Furtah Prep will play a Hawks team coming off a 81-32 league win over St. Mary's Academy (Fairburn, GA). The Hawks record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Cherokee Christian falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Warriors host Johnson Ferry Christian Academy (Marietta, GA) to play the Saints in a GAPPS - I-AA Region 1 bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 11-5. Johnson Ferry Christian Academy lost 82-75 in their recent non-league bout against The King's Academy (Woodstock, GA)
