In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Cherokee Warriors basketball team scored a good 55-41 win over the North Cobb Warriors.
The Warriors (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against Walton (Marietta, GA). The Raiders come into the AAAAAA Region 5 contest with a 14-2 record.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the North Paulding Wolfpack (Dallas, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 5 contest, on Tuesday, January 14. North Cobb will attempt to better on its 3-12 season record. The Wolfpack come into the contest with a 5-12 record after their 90-54 league loss to Wheeler (Marietta, GA).
