The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Fillmore Central Falcons (Harmony, MN) and the visiting Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons (Wabasha, MN), observed Fillmore Central's basketball team knock off Wabasha-Kellogg by a score of 60-52.

The Falcons (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN). The Knights come into the A Section 1 challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Kingsland was knocked off by Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN), 74-52, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons encounter the Goodhue Wildcats (Goodhue, MN) in a A Section 1 challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Wabasha-Kellogg will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 8-5 record after their 88-55 non-league win over Bethlehem Academy (Faribault, MN).
