With the victory, Valley upgrades its record to 8-0 on the year. The Cavaliers host Telstar (Bethel, ME) to face the Rebels in a D South match on Monday, January 13. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 7-3.

The Tigers now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenville for a D South match on Tuesday, January 14. Forest Hills will face a Lakers squad coming off a 70-38 non-league loss to Schenck (East Millinocket, ME). The Lakers record now stands at 2-6.
