Georgia High School Basketball - Franklin County bests Prince Avenue Christian

The Franklin County Lions basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines to 49 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.
The Lions now possess a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Hart County for a AA Region 8 game on Tuesday, January 14. Franklin County will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 64-60 league loss to Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-6.
With the loss, Prince Avenue Christian falls to 13-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to East Jackson (Commerce, GA) to play the Eagles in a AA Region 8 game on Tuesday, January 14. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 6-9.
