In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Pan-American basketball team scored a big 54-29 triumph over the Glenview College Prep Mustangs.

The (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Maya (Phoenix, AZ). The Jaguars go into the non-league contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Maya was trounced by Dream City Christian National (Glendale, AZ), 63-21, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs confront the Heritage Academy Heroes (Maricopa, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 10. Glenview College Prep will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Heroes go into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 70-61 non-league win over Heritage Academy Gateway (Queen Creek, AZ).
